H2 Story

Jessica has been a personal trainer for over a decade and a half in several different professional settings and for a wide ranging client base. A trainers schedule is not always easy, but one thing remained clear through all of those experiences: It is all about the people! Valuing the relationships and providing exceptional service to her clients has always been priority number one.

No matter your goals, or reasons for seeking out assistance, she has probably already seen it and helped someone achieve it. Couch to 5k, half marathon training, weight loss, pregnancy pre & postpartum, law enforcement physical tests, muscle gain, functional strength, biking fitness... just to name a few.

Business cycles continued and life changes happened, and here we are with a professional level gym in what used to be the family room. Low overhead, quality equipment and a trainer thriving in the new environment means you get top notch strength training for competitive rates in a relaxed atmosphere.

All training relationships start out with a consultation to get to know you and figure out what your goals are. From there each session is a custom designed based on your individual needs. We believe you should leave each exercise session feeling BETTER than when you walked in. The best kind of exercise program is one that is enjoyed and thoughtfully designed - it should be individually prepared and help you live a better life.

It all comes down to choices. Making the right ones will lead to quicker success, while making the wrong ones will lead you down a more challenging path. We will work together to determine what works for your lifestyle and how we can reach your individual goals.

Serivces

Solo Training

Personalized one-on-one training sessions are available in 30 or 45 minute blocks. Activities are specifically designed for your individual needs and goals.


Small Group Training

Have a friend, spouse or child interested in joining you for your work out? The H2 space can accommodate 2-3 person groups so there is always room for an accountability partner. Groups sessions are also available in 30 or 45 minute increments.


Remote Programming

If your schedule doesn’t allow enough time to get over to the studio for a workout, but you still need to get your body moving, let us know what kind of equipment and space you have available and get a personalized work out e-mailed on a schedule that works for you.


In-Home Training

When scheduling allows, and you have your own extensive in-home set up available, in-person in-home training may be available.
