I have been training with Jessica “Jess” Hilt continuously for the past six years. For the past 26 years I have been a Deputy Sheriff and before going to Jess, I would work out from time to time but never fully understood the importance of staying in shape. In Law Enforcement this job will not only take its toll on a person physically, but it will mentally as well. I soon found out that by working out with Jess it was as much or more of a stress reliever as it was staying in shape. It also brought it to the forefront for me to speak to others about how training has been a huge blessing in my life when asked about it! Jessica shows true compassion for my well being, health and overall performance!
Jess would never say this, but I will say it for her, I personally know individuals that could not pass the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy fitness test but because they went to her, they not only passed, but they also excelled! I am convinced that Jessica has added years to my life. Thanks, Jess, for not only helping me physically but also mentally, because of you I am in better shape now than when I started this is job at 23 years old.

As a person that thought I was staying in shape over the years, the workouts that Hilt House Fitness gives me are outstanding. The attention to personal goals that Jessica gives to clients is over the top. I highly recommend giving Jessica a chance to change your life.
I have always "worked out" but have recently found what I have done in the past was just not working! I had tried different classes and even a personal trainer. I just ended up injured and frustrated. Jessica listened to me and has helped me be patient with my progress and celebrate little wins. I look forward to my visits each week and continuing to gain strength, confidence and accomplishing new fitness goals! Jessica is amazing!

I have been working out on my own for years. When I started working out with Jessica I thought I would be able to sail right through it. Well, I was wrong! Jessica made me work at pace I was not used to and it was tough. However, I love the results and I am in the best shape of my life. Jessica is a great motivator and really knows what she is doing.
