FAQ

Q. Where are you located?

A. The studio is in our home just off of 96th street. It can be easily accessed from Rangeline Blvd or Keystone Ave. and is minutes away from I-465 and the Keystone interchange. See the Contact Us page for a map to our current location.

Q. Something came up at the last minute and I need to miss my appointment, now what?

A. We do not charge for late cancellations or missed appointments. We understand that life happens and we want to support you to reach your fitness goals, not be restricted by them. Just contact Jessica when something does come up and let her know you will not be able to make your session. All H2 sales are session based, not memberships or monthly packages so the sessions are yours to use when the time is right.

Q. i lift heavy things do you really have the right equipment for training me?

A. We have a full range of dumbells, kettle bells, plates and bands and can find something appropriate for everyone. We also utilize suspension trainers, a pull-up rack, a rower, an airdyne bike, a plyo rope, steps and boxes to provide a comprehensive strength and cardio workout space.

Q. What steps are being taken to keep your clinets safe in the covid-19 era?

A. All used equipment is sanitized after each session. Appointments have been spaced out to provide time for cleaning and limit client interactions with each other. All clients are asked to notify us and self quarantine if there has been a possible exposure or if they are feeling unwell. Sessions do not expire and you are not charged for canceling sessions so there is no penalty or negative impact to missing a session out of an abundance of caution.

Q. I get nervous or am self-conscience working out around others, how busy is the studio?

A. Great news, we only work with one person or group at a time, so for every solo session it is just you and your trainer. No gym rats or mean girls to take away from your own focus on improving your body and feeling better everyday. We are here to support you & your goals!

Q. when/how are sessions scheduled and billed?

A. At the end of every month we will work with you to determine what dates work best for the following month. Then based on your own preference you can then get a text, e-mail or just a note in person at the next session with the session total for the month in the first week or so each month. If plans change and you don’t make all of the planned sessions any unused sessions will roll forward into the next month. If you have flexibility or other preferred times that are not always available, we may contact you if other times become available.

Q. what payment methods are accepted?

A. Currently we accept Zelle and Paypal transfers as well as cash and checks.
